The deployment plan assumes contracts close by Friday May 15. That leaves 27 calendar days to provision crew, infrastructure, merchandise, and Airbnb host pre-production across the cross-border opening weekend (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Toronto, LA — June 11–12).
Without this, advance team deployment to Mexico City and Guadalajara cannot meet the June 11 cross-border opener (two openers, same day, two countries). Airbnb host pre-production in opener cities also collapses without this date.
The Mexico City and Guadalajara merch must ship by air-freight to advance teams ahead of June 5 fan-zone setup. Late samples cascade into all downstream cities.
Joint announcement with Virgin Galactic and Airbnb on June 11 at Estadio Azteca is the highest-attention launch vehicle of the year. Phase 02 contracts must be locked before that date.
